Hulu Launched Private Beta - Over 90 TV Shows Are Available

When it comes to online video sharing websites, Youtube is the best, at least as of now. The dominance of Joost, the people behind Skype is yet to make significant effect on Youtube. The technology from Joost is much different than YouTube. Joost follows the model of having the software on your own computer which can be connected to receive the shows.

But with the recent private beta launch of Hulu, from the big guys (NBC and News Corp), things are taking a different perspective. First, the content were legally distributed since they were the owners of the content. Now people don’t have to go to YouTube for watching their favorite shows like Heroes etc. They will find the content on Hulu, and that too of high quality.

Hulu said that they have over 90 shows ranging from Heroes, Simpsons, Miami Vice etc on their collection. Now if you are worried that you don’t get to watch them since its private beta, here’s one good news. Check out AOL and MSN for the shows. They are delivering the content online, and you get to watch the show.

But looks like you might not be able to watch it outside US since the content is geographically targeted. Use the proxies to bypass this.
