Corsair announces 2000MHz 4GB DDR3 memory modules
Corsair today announced its highest-performing memory yet, a new high-density 4GB Dominator DDR3 memory kit that runs at 2000MHz, making it the perfect solution for gamers and enthusiast alike who demand nothing but the best when it comes to performance if they deem price is secondary, that is.
Corsair Dominator memory modules utilize the companys proprietary dual-path heat eXchange (DHX) radiators that cool down memory chips from the back and from the front, which according to them, maximizes thermal dissipation and leaves plenty of room for further speed improvements. The new memory kit will be launched at Computex Taipei 2008, which will be held from June 3 7, and should be available from retail stores, Corsairs authorized distributors, resellers and e-tailers worldwide from Q3 onwards, with a rather unprecedented price tag of $675.
