1. Click on Start on the left bottom of your desktop, then choose Accessories and choose Backup.
2. You will see Backup Wizard. Click the Next button.
3. The What to Back Up page appears. Select All information in this computer and then choose Next.
4. In the Backup Type, Destination and Name window, click Choose a place to save backup, and browse to select your connected external hard disk drive. After that click Next.
5. Click Finish to complete the backup process.
6. Windows Backup will then saves a copy of your file to your external hard disk drive. When the backup is complete, select Close.
