Use Eset to remove INF/Autorun as it virus scanning your computer and automatically remove the INF/Autorun after the anti virus detects it. First of all please turn the system restore off by right clicking on the My Computer and select Properties. Choose the System Restore tab, check on the Turn off System Restore and hit the Apply button. Close all other running programs while running the deep scanning process including PowerPoint software, HTML web editor, Outlook Express, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office Word. Restart into Safe Mode with networking and download Eset Anti Virus or Eset Smart Security from here.

Then install, update and scan your computer deeply for INF/Autorun malware. All removal process need to be done in Safe Mode with Networking. You can also choose to scan the external drive if you believe the INF/Autorun in your USB flash drive. Please remember that a computer cannot have more than an anti virus so please uninstall your previous anti virus software before downloading and installing Eset computer virus removal and protection software. Turn back the system restore on again when you are sure that the INF/Autorun malware is already removed. Create new restore point when the malware is removed successfully.
