Grant and Proposal Applications
• Responsible for drafting documentation/framework of individual applicable grants in Singapore, detailing the submission, approval and accounting process
• Responsible for preparing submission plans and forms to applicable agencies for funding application.
Accounts
• Responsible for filing of accurate accounts of the company and for grant funding
Billing/legal policies
• Responsible for researching on the available payment gateways and come out with a detailed analysis of what is available in the market (commission, payment period, billing methods (bank transfer, paypal etc))
• Responsible in devising financial methods to optimize cashflow and profits during receivable and billing periods
• Responsible for researching on the legal policies operating internationally, billing developers outside Singapore and customers (tax filing issues and etc)
Product design/shaping
• Responsible for developing concepts/framework/wireframe/flowchart to the user experience of the product on the web as well as on the mobile
Community
• Responsible for maintaining and create channels where developers can feedback, seek support for documentation and implementation of the product into their code
• Responsible in developing the channels as which users can feedback, response to create user confidence and interest
Marketing
• Responsible for implementing SEO tools to optimize search
• Responsible for employing search marketing and other tools to drive user traffic
• Responsible for utilities social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, Myspace etc to reach out to developers
